Reviews and Ratings
I had such a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooftop terrace with great views was a peaceful haven, the rooms were always spotless and super cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us great advice on exploring Venice. The location was ideal, just steps away from Piazza San Marco and the water buses. The dining experience was delicious with a wide array of options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel felt like a quiet little oasis in the center of San Marco. The rooms were good-sized and had plenty of space for luggage, making it easy to feel at home. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The location was excellent, with Vaporetto and Alilaguna stations nearby, making it convenient for exploring Venice.
I absolutely loved the hotel's location; it couldn't be any better! The rooms were small but cozy, and we found everything we needed. The staff were so helpful and provided great tips for dining outside the typical tourist spots. The dining experience was good, not the best I've had, but it was satisfying. The hotel's courtyard and proximity to the vaporetto stop were a huge plus.
The hotel had a warm and inviting Venetian decor in a great location near San Marco walkway, offering stunning views on the rooftops of Venice and San Marco. The service was friendly and informative, but one encounter was a bit unpleasant. The dining experience was efficient and sufficient, while the location was excellent for enjoying a glass of wine or cappuccino but may not be ideal for some. Overall, a good option with a few drawbacks to consider.
I was impressed by the stunning view of the roofs of Venice and San Marco from my room, which was clean and warm, perfect for the chilly weather during my stay. The room was beautifully decorated with excellent quality furniture. The staff, although mostly friendly and helpful, was a bit impatient when we asked about a concert. The location, just a block from the water bus stop in San Marco and surrounded by high-end retailers, made exploring the city convenient. The dining experience offered a tasty selection of cereals, croissants, cold cuts, and juices in a cozy dining room. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of great charm and service with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel has a touch of Venetian charm and is nicely furnished in a traditional style. However, noise insulation could be improved, and the rooms are uncomfortably small with not-so-great bread. The location is superb, close to St Mark's Square and hidden among luxury brand boutiques, though it offers easy access from the San Marco water bus stop. The service is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dining experience could have been better, being chaotic in a small room. Facilities offer opportunities for improvement.
I had a cozy stay at the hotel with appropriately clean and very comfortable rooms, albeit a bit tiny, and a simple breakfast setup. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from piazza San Marco, making it easy to reach well-known places in Venice.
The hotel is situated on a very busy street, which can be noisy during breakfast hours, but offers spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. The service at Hotel Firenze is exceptional, with staff who are fiercely proud of their city and eager to provide recommendations. The location is ideal, just steps away from St Mark's Cathedral and San Marco Square. The dining experience is efficient and pleasant, although the options might be limited. Overall, a vibrant and bustling location with top-notch service.
The hotel had clean and nicely decorated rooms that were adequately sized and very comfortable. The service ranged from occasionally pushy tour recommendations to excellent and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. The location was fantastic, steps away from major attractions and transportation. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great stay with some minor service issues but superb features.
The hotel room was a bit small, but the decorations were cute. I appreciated the small gifts upon arrival and departure, adding a nice touch to the stay. The location was beautiful, offering easy access to major attractions.
